Xi says China, U.S. shoulder responsibilities in promoting world peace, prosperity

BUENOS AIRES, Dec. 1 (Xinhua) -- Chinese President Xi Jinping said on Saturday that China and the United States, as two major countries with great influence, shoulder important responsibilities in promoting world peace and prosperity.

Xi made the remarks at a working dinner with his U.S. counterpart, Donald Trump, in the Argentine capital, adding that cooperation is the best option for both sides.
